How do I book a party?

How much does it cost?

• In person: In person parties require: my travel time, a per person charge, paint supplies and party supplies. Parties start at $300 for 8 people or less. Have a larger group? Please inquire for pricing for your event.

• Kid’s Party: Kids parties require: my travel time, a per person charge, paint supplies and party supplies. Parties start at $300 for 8 kids or less. Have a larger group? Please inquire for pricing for your event.

• Zoom: It is a per-person charge. Not per screen. Please inquire for pricing for a party.

How long does a class last?

• The teaching portion of a class is approximately 2 hours, sometimes less, sometimes more.

• The teaching portion of a KID’S CLASS is approximately 1 hour, sometimes less, sometimes more.

• I will arrive 30/45 minutes before the event to set up. It will take approximately the same amount of time for me to clean up.

• I ask that for both in person and Zoom classes participants arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class starting.

• Those that arrive late will only have a 10 minute grace period.
  

Do you have a cancelation policy?

I take a $50 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. This money will go towards your total balance. Up until a week before if you need to reschedule or cancel, I will either apply the money to your new date, or refund the $50. A week before the party or less, the $50 is no longer refundable it locks in your date. If there is a last minute cancelation, the $50 cannot be transferred to another date.

What method of payment do you take?

Zelle, cash or check is preferred. Apple pay is also accepted.

It is required that as a host for a party to collect payment from your guests before the class begins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Do you take tips?

They are not expected, but always appreciated. <3

What days do you teach?

I am open most evenings and some mornings/afternoons. Inquire about a specific date you’re looking for.

What if I don’t live in the Coachella Valley and want to throw an in-person paint party?

There are two options:

1. Contact me and we can discuss options depending on how far you live from me.

2. You can still have a party in person, but we can convert the set up to a zoom class, with me zooming into one common device that you can mirror into your home for everyone to view.

What materials do I need for a Zoom class?

Typically, supplies include:

1. Canvas 9x12” not much bigger

2. Pallet/paper plate

3. Water cup/water

4. One small round brush

5. One square brush

6. Paper towel

7. Acrylic paint NOT TEMPURA PAINT. Colors: Red, yellow, blue, white. Other colors that might be needed will be discussed when picking a painting.

8. Occasionally a pencil and eraser

Return Policy:

For public ticketed events, full refunds will be given up to 3 days before the event. After that, there are no refunds. The ticket may be given to a friend. Thank you for understanding.

For private events, the deposit of $50 is non-refundable. If the event is canceled, the deposit will be kept or can be transferred to another date.
